Assessor pack
Examiner-grade decision trail without vault PII. Pack states: decided, sealed, consumed.
Maturity: Contract-preview. Delivered as an Arbiter-shaped pack when that entitlement is Live for the environment.

Integrity may include SHA-256 fingerprints over pack payloads when Arbiter export is entitled — same verification vocabulary as Arbiter docs, labeled per environment.

Accept: application/json
Unauthorized or wrong scope → public error categories. Pack never expands to vault download URLs.
Verification
What a reviewer can check at the interface:
- Pack asserts
