Purpose

After Cleared API calls decide and seal via Stratum, demo networks marked public_demo publish a receipt visitors can open without auth. That receipt is the end result of the API path: decision metadata + stratum_record_id.

Contracted / Early Access networks stay private (gate + pack only). Commercial MSAs never imply a public ledger.

What you see

MVP ships ten demo slots (demo-net-01 … demo-net-10) with isolation per network_id. Customer-configurable portals are Full (see product epic E13).

Verify

1. Run Quickstart decide → Stratum seal on a public_demo network.
2. Open seals and match stratum_record_id.
3. Confirm Gate check allow/deny against the same live pass.
4. Export Assessor pack via Arbiter-shaped API — no vault bytes.
